Refund and Returns Policy
OverviewOur refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Downloadable content is non-returnable. Subscriptions are eligible for partial refunds under the terms already listed.
For subscriptions, any refunds will be pro-rated based on how many issues were made available since you subscribed. For example, if you subscribed in September or October and unsubscribed in mid-November, you would receive 2/3 of the subscription cost back because you had received two of the six annual issues (September and November) before unsubscribing.
RefundsIf you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
