Help and Contact Us

If you are having trouble loading a file onto your eReader, Kindlepreneur has you covered. They have what they call the “Ultimate Guide” to getting an ePub onto your Kindle, and I agree with them. Read it and follow the directions. If you are still having trouble, use the contact form below.

If you are having trouble resetting your password because the reset email isn’t coming through, please check your spam filters. Emails from sometimes get caught there. Unfortunately, that includes our replies to requests for help. If you have checked your spam filter and still can’t find the reset email, you can send your requested new password in your message and have us reset it for you.

As a side note, there is at least one internet service provider who automatically bounced all emails from us so they didn’t even come up in the Spam folder. If you are emailing but not receiving a reply, please go ahead and message us on Facebook or post on our page or group. Since the messaging will all be within FaceBook, nothing should be blocked.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Downloadable content is non-returnable. Subscriptions are eligible for partial refunds under the terms already listed.

For subscriptions, any refunds will be pro-rated based on how many issues were made available since you subscribed. For example, if you subscribed in September or October and unsubscribed in mid-November, you would receive 2/3 of the subscription cost back because you had received two of the six annual issues (September and November) before unsubscribing.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the form at the top of the page.
